Colin Seals leads public policy and government affairs for Bollinger Motors, an electric commercial vehicle manufacturer in Oak Park, Michigan. Before joining Bollinger, he focused on technology-based economic development at a consulting firm in Lansing. Previously Colin served as a Foreign Service officer at the U.S. State Department with a portfolio covering automotive and energy supply chains, science and technology collaboration, and trade. His foreign postings included Mexico, Chile, and Canada.
