Dr. Darrin HANNA

Dr. Darrin Hanna is a Professor of Engineering with joint appointments in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Bioengineering.  Dr. Hanna joined Oakland University as a tenure-track faculty member in 2003.  He specializes in artificial intelligence (AI) and embedded systems. His research centers on embedded AI in cybersecurity, vehicle networks, and nano-imaging.  Dr. Hanna has numerous peer-reviewed publications and has co-authored 19 books that have sold worldwide.
