Sarah GREGORY

As Director of Talent Solutions at the Detroit Regional Partnership, Sarah Gregory leads a department that helps companies evaluate the available workforce in the Detroit region and connect prospects with partners, resources and data to understand how the region’s talent value proposition can meet their needs. She also consults with existing and emerging industries to build inclusive talent strategies based on current and future job needs. Gregory comes to the DRP after 8 years at the Workforce Intelligence Network where she was responsible for managing K-12 talent pipeline and career pathway development programming, an employer healthcare collaborative, and more. Her previous experience also includes working for Michigan Works! and managing initiatives focused on improving economic success for underserved populations with a focus on the city of Detroit.
