Pierpaolo Antonioli
Pierpaolo Antonioli, has a strong technical background in Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronic, and Control Engineering. From 2009 to 2020, he served as Managing Director of General Motors’ Engineering Center in Turin, overseeing over 700 employees and leading global development of diesel engines, electronic controls, and hybrid technologies for passenger car applications of the whole GM Corporation. In this role, he also represented GM in Italy, fostering relationships with local and national institutions and supporting industrial development initiatives in the automotive sector as an active partner of Italian Automotive Industry. Following the center’s acquisition by PUNCH (now Dumarey Group) in 2020, he became CEO of Dumarey Automotive Italia S.p.A. and CTO of Dumarey Group. He is a member of the General Council and the Advisory Board for Foreign Investment Attraction of Confindustria (industrial federation) and has served as Vice President of the Industrial Union of Turin (industrial federation). From 2016 to 2020, he was Chairman of CEIP (a regional agency whose shareholders are the Region, the Chamber of Commerce, the city of Turin and the University), promoting high-tech foreign investment and international visibility for local excellence.
